Film Synopsis: On October 25, 1993, four teenagers—Richard Ogunderu, Kabir Adenuga, Benneth Oluwadaisi, and Kenny Rasaq-Lawal—hijacked a Nigerian Airways Airbus A310 on its Lagos to Abuja flight. The plane, carrying top government officials, including China’s Vice President Rong Yiren, was meant to be diverted to Frankfurt, Germany. However, it had to stop for fuel in Niamey, Niger. Upon landing, the hijackers declared they were part of the “Movement for the Advancement of Democracy in Nigeria.”
